Returns and Exchanges
Return and exchange period

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after delivery.

Items must be in new or barely used condition, and must be returned in their original packaging.
Who pays the shipping costs

If the return is caused by the consumer (for example, the customer no longer wants the product or ordered it incorrectly), the consumer must bear the shipping costs. The exact cost will depend on the courier company chosen.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect products), VyFlair will cover the shipping costs.
Instructions for returning a package
To initiate a return or exchange, send an email to support@vyflair.com with the following information:

Reason for the return or exchange.

Photographs of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.
Our team will provide you with the next steps.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed for shipping.

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed.

If the cancellation is requested before the processing time, the order can be canceled at no cost.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, the customer may return the product following our return policy.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
